US Citizenship: through naturalization or derivative citizenship; Child Citizenship Act. Visa Processing: obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas at US Embassies all over the world. All Other Immigration Matters: including hardship and other waivers, removal defense and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), asylum and TPS, and advice regarding the immigration implications of violations of criminal law.
